“From start to finish we had an excellent experience. He sent photos and videos so we could see her personality. They also went above and beyond by meeting us halfway to retrieve her! Ruby Mae herself is quite the couch potato with a comedic side to her. She gives us this side eye when she’s up to something and we swear she’s saying, “Who, me?!”
